If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to superior results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much opposing information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods easy. With our tried-and-true nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we outline everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to meet your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only wholesome food can provide.

We personalize your plan to meet your unique needs and goals. You won’t feel deprived. You can keep on going out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your best food choices are in any circumstance. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can enjoy some of your favorite goodies—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to reply to questions and give you advice. They will walk you through your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Plus, you can always find delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you satisfied in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different vital nutrients at all meals. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if thinking ahead isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and expertise on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we encourage members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or switch it up to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals every day for a whole week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or everybody in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Still hungry after a meal? Make sure our team knows, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
